These terms apply when you use theeaglesmarketing.com and the client portal, run by The Eagles Marketing LLC (“The Eagles Marketing”, “we”). By using them, you agree to these terms.
Using the website
The public pages of this site describe what we do and let you get in touch. They are for information, and they are not an offer. Sending us a message does not make you our client: that happens when we both agree to the work in writing.
Our services
The marketing, website and software work we do for a client is covered by the proposal or agreement we make with that client, which sets the scope, the fees and the schedule. If it differs from these terms, the agreement for that work comes first.
Accounts
Some clients and members have an account in our portal. If you do:
- keep your password to yourself, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used it;
- you are responsible for what is done with your account;
- we may suspend an account that is misused or that puts the portal or other people at risk.
What you may not do
When you use the site or the portal, do not:
- break the law or the rights of others;
- try to get into accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or to bypass our security or limits;
- send spam, malicious code or false information through our forms;
- copy the site automatically at a scale that slows it down for others.
Who owns what
The site, its design, text, illustrations and software belong to The Eagles Marketing LLC or its licensors. You may view it and share its links, but you may not copy or resell it.
What belongs to a client stays with the client: their brand, their content and their business information. Clients let us use it to do the work they asked for. The names and logos of other companies, such as Google, Meta or the clients whose websites we show, belong to those companies and appear only to say who they are.
Other websites
The site links to websites that are not ours, such as the sites of our clients and our social media profiles. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.
No guarantees
We work carefully, but the website is provided “as is”, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We also cannot promise a result from our services, such as a position on Google, a number of leads or a number of followers, because those depend on many things we do not control.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, The Eagles Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost data, that come from using this website. Our liability for the services we provide is set by the agreement for that work. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Massachusetts, and disagreements about them are for the courts there, unless the law says otherwise.
