Privacy Policy

Last updated October 29, 2026

This policy explains what The Eagles Marketing LLC (“The Eagles Marketing”, “we”) collects when you use theeaglesmarketing.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and to run the accounts of our clients.

  • When you write to us. The contact form asks for your first and last name, your email, your industry and your message. Your phone number is optional. You can also email or call us directly.
  • If you have an account. Clients and members of our portal have an email and a password (we never see the password in plain text), and the content, files, invoices and payment status that belong to their work with us. Card payments are handled by Stripe, so we do not receive or store your card number.
  • What the site records by itself. Like any website, our servers see your IP address and basic details of your browser. We use them to keep the site working and to protect it from abuse, for example to limit how often the sign-in page can be asked about an email address.

How we use it

  • To reply to your message and to schedule a call.
  • To provide the services you asked us for, including your portal, your content and your invoices.
  • To keep the website and our accounts secure, and to stop spam and misuse.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send you advertising from other companies.

Cookies

The public pages of this site do not set tracking or advertising cookies. When you sign in, we use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in; they are not used to follow you around the web.

If this changes, for example if we add website analytics, we will say so on this page before we do it.

Who we share it with

We use a few companies to run the site. They handle your information only to do that work for us:

  • Supabase, for sign-in and for storing the data of our portal.
  • Resend, to deliver the emails we send, including replies to your messages.
  • Vercel, which hosts the website.
  • Stripe, which processes card payments of our clients.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of the business. In that case the new owner has to keep respecting this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep messages sent through the contact form for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. Account data is kept while the account is active, and afterwards for as long as the law or our accounting requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your information, unless we have to keep it by law;
  • stop contacting you.

Write to contact@theeaglesmarketing.com and we will answer. Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have additional rights over your personal information, and we will honor them.

Security

We protect your information with reasonable measures, including encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. No website or storage can be perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This website is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and if the change is important we will say so on the site.
